Dispersas las fuerzas se debilitan [Sparse, the Forces Weaken]. 2016

Text constructed with thirty “templates” of plywood, one by each letter, stained with paint. Each template measures 2.44 x 1.22 m and the complete installation spans about 30 m long.

The text “sparse, the forces weaken” is a quote taken from a speech exhorting to female vote pronounced in 1920, in Buenos Aires, by the Argentine socialist Alicia Moreau de Justo.
